AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SOUTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT WATER AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT AND INVEST IN CERTAIN NONCORE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the South Central Connecticut Water Authority to conduct or invest in noncore business activities such as agriculture and energy.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the South Central Connecticut Water Authority to invest in certain open space programs.
