AN ACT AUTHORIZING BEAR HUNTING IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize bear hunting in Connecticut with similar restrictions to the hunting of deer and accompanying regulations that establish annual taking limits.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize bear hunting in Connecticut.
