AN ACT REQUIRING THE ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS TO ESTABLISH A LIFETIME HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to adopt regulations to establish a lifetime hunting and fishing license. Additionally, fees from such license would be required to be deposited into a nonlapsing account to fund fishing and hunting activities in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a lifetime hunting and fishing license.
