AN ACT CONCERNING REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR CRAFT BEER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-63 of the general statutes be amended to remove the registration requirement for beer sold only within the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage expansion of the craft beer industry by easing labeling restrictions.
