AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CONNECTICUT SPECIAL EDUCATION PREDICTABLE COST COOPERATIVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish the Connecticut Special Education Predictable Cost Cooperative to fund special education services and special education programs.
Statement of Purpose:
