AN ACT CONCERNING HAIRDRESSERS AND COSMETICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include hairdressers and cosmeticians under the barber apprenticeship provisions.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand career options in the hairdressing and cosmetology fields.
