AN ACT ELIMINATING THE STATE-ADMINISTERED RETIREMENT PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the state-administered retirement plan enacted under public act 16-29.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the state-administered retirement plan.
