AN ACT CONCERNING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-231a of the general statutes be amended to base a claimant's unemployment compensation benefits on the claimant's highest three quarters rather than highest two quarters.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial relief to businesses.
