AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HEALTHY INCENTIVES PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to establish a healthy incentives program to encourage an increase in consumption of fruits and vegetables.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables in the state.
