AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF DIABETES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for individuals with diabetes that will promote health outcomes for such individuals.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote healthy outcomes for individuals with diabetes.
