AN ACT INSTITUTING ELECTRONIC TOLLS ON CONNECTICUT'S HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Department of Transportation to establish electronic tolls on Connecticut's highways.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish electronic tolls to generate revenue for the state.
