AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE STATE REGULATORY PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to make recommendations on how to streamline the state regulatory process and the repeal of outdated regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a more business-friendly climate.
