AN ACT CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL TO INCREASE TUITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require legislative approval to increase tuition rates at public institutions of higher education.
Statement of Purpose:
To make higher education tuition costs more affordable for students and their families.
