AN ACT CONCERNING VESTING SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to, for purposes of vesting, allow former participants in the probate judges and employees retirement system who are now participants in the Connecticut municipal employees' retirement system to combine years of service in both systems.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain employees to gain credit for retirement.
