AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE'S INDUSTRIAL HEMP INDUSTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Agriculture to adopt regulations similar to those of the state of Kentucky concerning the regulation of the industrial hemp industry.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage the growth of the state's industrial hemp industry.
