AN ACT CONCERNING A BILL OF RIGHTS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENTS AND ACCESS TO SENIOR HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) establish a bill of rights for residents of public housing, including, but not limited to, senior citizens, and (2) review other methods to increase access to senior housing.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a bill of rights for senior citizens and others living in public housing and to review other methods to increase access to senior housing.
