AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR DEVELOPERS TO REMEDIATE AND REDEVELOP BROWNFIELDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 588gg of the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for developers to work with state and local officials to remediate and redevelop brownfields in urban areas of the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To clean up and develop brownfields in the state's urban areas.
