AN ACT CONCERNING CLEAN AND RENEWABLE ENERGY OPPORTUNITIES AND USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to expand clean and renewable energy opportunities by increasing the renewable portfolio standard for electric suppliers and electric distribution companies and to better incentivize use of renewable energy sources.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the renewable portfolio standard and better incentivize use of renewable energy sources.
