AN ACT CONCERNING THE DELIVERY OF FREE NEWSPAPERS AND FLIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that any person distributing a free newspaper or flier to a residential address obtain the written consent of the resident of such address in order to distribute such newspaper or flier.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the delivery of free newspapers and fliers.
