AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE REQUIREMENT THAT SCHOOL DISTRICTS SHARE INFORMATION RELATING TO EMPLOYEE ABUSE AND MISCONDUCT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That public act 16-67 be amended to include private schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To include private schools in the laws requiring schools to share information relating to school employee abuse and misconduct.
