AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR OPEN CHOICE EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to hold harmless local funding of open choice education programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To continue the successful open choice education programs.
