AN ACT CONCERNING THE STAFF QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-16p of the general statutes be amended to ease the staff qualifications requirement for educators in early childhood education programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the staff qualifications requirement for educators in early childhood education programs to allow for greater employment opportunities.
