AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES FROM TRANSFERRING LIABILITY FOR STUDENT RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENT TO BOARDS OF EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of Developmental Services from transferring liability for student residential placement to local and regional boards of education.
