AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CONNECTICUT VOICE LITERACY PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish the Connecticut Voice Literacy program that provides remedial literacy for students in grades kindergarten to three, inclusive, in priority school districts.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish the Connecticut Voice Literacy program that will improve remedial Literacy for students in grades kindergarten to three, inclusive, in priority school districts.
