AN ACT REPEALING THE TAX ON COSMETIC SURGERY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the tax on cosmetic surgery.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief and lower health care costs.
