AN ACT CONCERNING ACCURATE AND CURRENT HEALTH INSURER NETWORK DIRECTORIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurers to provide accurate and current listings of participating health care providers and facilities.
