AN ACT CONCERNING GUIDANCE ON HOUSING SEGREGATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That titles 8, 16a and 46a of the general statutes be amended to provide guidance on addressing housing segregation.
Statement of Purpose:
To address housing segregation in Connecticut.
