RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE FRANCIS J. FOLEY, III, OF HANOVER TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Francis J. Foley, III, of Hanover to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from May 19, 2017, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
