AN ACT ELIMINATING STATE TAXES THAT COST MORE TO ADMINISTER THAN IS GAINED IN REVENUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate state taxes costing more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of such taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate state taxes costing more for the state to collect in administrative costs than the state gains in revenue received from the imposition of such taxes.
