RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE DAVID R. TOBIN OF OLD GREENWICH TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable David R. Tobin of Old Greenwich to be a State Referee, to serve a term of eight years from May 8, 2018, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
