AN ACT CONCERNING ASSAULT OF A COACH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53a-61 of the general statutes be amended to increase the maximum fine to ten thousand dollars in a case where the victim is a coach.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the fine for assaulting a coach.
