AN ACT CONCERNING AN ANALYSIS OF THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMISSION ON FISCAL STABILITY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall conduct an analysis of the final report of the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth, established pursuant to section 250 of public act 17-2 of the June special session. Not later than January 1, 2019, the commissioner shall submit a report on the results of such analysis to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to commerce, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to conduct an analysis of the recommendations made by the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth.
