RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE JOSEPH M. SHORTALL OF BLOOMFIELD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Joseph M. Shortall of Bloomfield to be a State Referee, to serve a term of eight years from November 28, 2018, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
