RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JAY A. SHAW OF STAMFORD TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSION.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Jay A. Shaw of Stamford to be reappointed a member of the Freedom of Information Commission, to serve for a term ending June 30, 2022, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
