AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CREATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
TRAILS ON STATE LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the creation of 1
all-terrain vehicle riding trails on state lands. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide trails for use by operators of all-terrain vehicles.
