AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILING OF A CLAIM AGAINST THE
STATE WITH THE OFFICE OF THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That in accordance with the provisions of section 4-148 of the 1
general statutes, the General Assembly, by special act, authorize an 2
individual to present the individual's claim against the state to the 3
Office of the Claims Commissioner. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize an individual to present the individual's claim against the
state to the Office of the Claims Commissioner in accordance with the
provisions of section 4-148 of the general statutes.
