AN ACT CONCERNING THE "PASSPORT TO THE PARKS FEE".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-49b of the general statutes be 1
amended to provide that the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles assess 2
the "Passport to the Parks Fee" per household when a person registers 3
a motor vehicle, rather than assessing such fee for each motor vehicle 4
that is registered. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that a household with a person registering more than one
motor vehicle only pay the "Passport to the Parks Fee" once.
