AN ACT CONCERNING THE REDUCTION OF DUPLICATIVE
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ON SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to (1) combine any 1
reporting requirements on local and regional boards of education that 2
are similar or duplicative, and (2) require the Department of Education 3
to develop, within available appropriations and resources, a database 4
that will allow boards of education to communicate with one another. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce similar or duplicative reporting requirements on school
districts.
