AN ACT REPEALING THE MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-262j of the general statutes be amended to repeal the 1
minimum budget requirement. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the minimum budget requirement.
