AN ACT EXEMPTING ASPHALT PLANTS FROM THE PETROLEUM
PRODUCTS GROSS EARNINGS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-587 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
asphalt plants from the petroleum products gross earnings tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt asphalt plants from the petroleum products gross earnings
tax.
