AN ACT APPLYING THE SECURITY EXEMPTION UNDER THE
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT TO THE CONNECTICUT AIRPORT
AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-210 of the general statutes be amended to allow the 1
executive director of the Connecticut Airport Authority to determine if 2
there are reasonable grounds to not disclose certain sensitive records 3
under the Freedom of Information Act, as defined in section 1-200 of 4
the general statutes. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To include the Connecticut Airport Authority under the security
exemption to the Freedom of Information Act.
