AN ACT INCREASING THE PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR
CERTAIN FIRST RESPONDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-81w of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the amount of property tax abatement that a municipality may provide 2
certain first responders from one thousand dollars to one thousand 3
five hundred dollars. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the amount of property tax abatement a municipality may
provide to certain first responders.
