AN ACT CONCERNING MEETINGS OF BOARDS OF POLICE
COMMISSIONERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a town, city or 1
borough from restricting the time or place of a meeting of a board of 2
police commissioners, except as allowed by the statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit nonstatutory restrictions on meetings of boards of police
commissioners.
