AN ACT CONCERNING NONBUDGETED EXPENDITURES BY THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE CONNECTICUT AIRPORT
AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 15-210dd of the general statutes be 1
amended to allow the board of directors to authorize the executive 2
director of the Connecticut Airport Authority to make nonbudgeted 3
expenditures of up to one million dollars, instead of five hundred 4
thousand dollars, without prior board approval. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To give the Connecticut Airport Authority greater flexibility to restore
operations at any airport owned or operated by the authority or to
prevent the disruption of airport operations.
