AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN BUSINESSES FROM THE BUSINESS
ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-284b of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
from the business entity tax businesses with less than one million 2
dollars in ordinary business income annually. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt from the business entity tax businesses with less than one
million dollars in ordinary business income annually.
