AN ACT REQUIRING PRESENTATION OF PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
TO VOTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-261 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
each elector to present photo identification at the polling place in order 2
to be able to cast a ballot. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require electors to present photo identification in order to vote at
their respective polling places.
