AN ACT EXPANDING REQUIRED HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE
FOR HEARING AIDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-490b and 38a-516b of the general statutes be 1
amended to expand required health insurance coverage for hearing 2
aids to individuals older than twelve years of age. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand required health insurance coverage for hearing aids to
individuals older than twelve years of age.
