AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELIMINATION OF THE COMMISSION ON
HUMAN RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 814c of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and to redirect 2
individuals to the existing federal agencies that provide the protections 3
and services offered by said commission. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities
and redirect individuals to the existing federal agencies that provide
the protections and services offered by said commission.
