AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADDITION OF FLUORIDE TO PUBLIC
WATER SUPPLIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 19a-38 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that fluoride be added to the public water supplies. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To make it permissive to add fluoride to public water supplies.
