AN ACT PROHIBITING THE POSSESSION AND TRADE OF SHARK
FINS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the possession and 1
trade of shark fins. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the possession and trade of shark fins in the state.
